HOW TO LOG IN?
HOW I CAN PLACE AN ORDER VIA PAPERART.EU?
Please follow this link to our catalog. If you already have an account for our web shop, you can login and place an order directly. Do you not have an account yet? You can create a new account here, afterwards you can log in to our webshop and place an order.
CAN I ALSO VISIT PAPER ART AND PLACE AN ORDER IN PERSON?
Of course. You are welcome to place and order at our location in Halsteren, Canadaweg 9C, 4661 PZ at The Netherlands.
I REGULARLY ORDER THE SAME ITEMS, CAN I SAVE MY SHOPPING LIST FOR THE FUTURE?
Yes, if your order is placed in your shopping cart, you can save it as a favorite shopping list. Next time, use "My Account" to open the saved template so you do not need to fill in an order again. You can also store multiple shopping lists.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Delivery in Europe (except Switzerland)
Retail
Free delivery for orders over €250,-.
The shipping costs for orders less than €250,- are €7,50.
Wholesale
Free delivery for orders over €500,-.
The shipping costs for orders less than €500,- are €15,-
Delivery in Switzerland
Delivery takes place through our Swiss distributor. Please contact us via sales@paperart.nl for more information.
Delivery outside Europe
On request. Please contact us via sales@paperart.nl for more information.
Orders heavier than 50 kg
Shipping costs for orders heavier than 50 kg will be agreed together with you and invoiced later.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY METHODS?
There are three shipping and delivery methods:
- Shipping with our (external) transport company
- Shipping with your transport company
- Pick your order up at our location in Halsteren, the Netherlands
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Yes, that's possible. You can specify the delivery address when placing an order.
DOES PAPER ART ALSO SHIP ABROAD?
Yes, we can ship to all countries. Please contact us for specific shipping possibilities.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
If you place an order before 11:00 a.m. with a delivery address in the Netherlands, we will do our very best to deliver it the next working day.
Our aim is to deliver your order as soon as possible. However, in exceptional circumstances the delivery time can vary. If you did not receive your order within three days after the scheduled delivery date, please contact our customer service via telephone number: +31 (0) 164 68 51 51 or via info@paperart.nl
CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DATE?
Of course, while placing your order it is possible to choose a delivery date.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS TOO LATE?
In exceptional circumstances the delivery of your order may take a little bit longer. We always aim to deliver your order on the requested date. If you did not receive your order within 3 days after the scheduled delivery date, please contact our customer service via +31 (0) 164 68 51 51 or via info@paperart.nl.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?
We offer the following payment methods to new customers:

Existing customers can place an order via their existing account under the agreed terms of payment. Please contact us for more information.
CAN I SAFELY PLACE AN ORDER AT PAPER ART?
Of course, all transactions are made with a secure connection to our partner Mollie Payments. All personal data is removed immediately after the payment is completed.
