UNBURDEN OUR CUSTOMERS
Our aim is to unburden our customers as much as possible. Below you can find some examples that show how we try to do this:
- Our back office sales team will gladly help you with choosing a suitable assortment for your shop
- We can send you samples of almost all our products free of charge, so you can experience the look & feel of the products before purchasing them
- If a series in your assortment is not as popular as expected, we will just change it for free*. In this way you do not have to worry about it, but you do generate that extra turnover!
*If a series is changed for a more expensive series, the customer will pay the difference in value. The return costs will be at the customer’s expense. Our general terms of delivery apply to sending the new series.
